The Dubliner is a new Irish Whiskey launched in June 2015 as the Spirit of The City a city steeped in over 1,000 years of history and renowned for its rich culture, distinctive character and vibrant personality.

This blend of malt & grain whiskey has been aged in bourbon casks, resulting in a whiskey that is warm & gold with sweet aromas of soft brown sugar balanced by bright, green apple notes.

On the palate it is rich with sticky toffee pudding & rounded malt notes with a melted butter mouth-feel. Its finish is incredibly smooth & full to the brim with lingering caramel. It is best enjoyed straight up with just a drop of water to release its aromas.
